Our congratulations go out to Martyn Lucas for achieving apprentice of the year at Bath College this year.

 Martyn joined Utopium back in 2006 as part of our expanding warehouse team. After progressing quickly through the ranks, Martyn showed a keen interest in electrical installation and became part of our installation team, working all over the country.

Martyn joined City of Bath College in 2007 to undertake an apprenticeship and three years later Martyn is a fully qualified electrician. Not only has Martyn passed the course, but he has also taken the award for Apprentice of the Year for Electrical Installations.

Colin Bodenham, managing director of Utopium Lighting, and the Lucas family joined Martyn at the awards ceremony in Bath on the 19^th November.
