Repairs
Utopium Lighting's service department undertakes repairs and maintenance of all makes and models of lighting equipment. The majority of repairs are completed in our workshops, however when it is not possible to transport a piece of equipment our engineers can carry out repairs on site.

Should we undertake a repair, there is a one-off charge of £25.00 to make a full assessment of the fault and the cost implications to repair the equipment.

Servicing and Personal Appliance (PAT) Testing
The amount of legislation for electrical Health & Safety is continually growing. To assist you in keeping up-to-date with it, Utopium Lighting offers service contracts on lighting equipment and installations. This includes an annual inspection and test which ensures all the equipment you use is fully working, electrically safe and compliant with current electrical requirements. Should any equipment fail, you have the peace of mind that a service engineer will be on site at the earliest opportunity to investigate the problem.

There is a lot of ambiguity within the area of PAT testing. Guidelines recommend PAT tests occur annually with all results being kept. Utopium Lighting offers a PAT testing service which we can do as a one-off service or as part of a service contract.
